Refund policy

Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure correct personalization and satisfaction with your purchase. 

Non Personalized Items: In the event that a non-personalized item does not work out for you, you may ship it back to us within 30 days. Items received within 14 days of the original delivery date will receive a refund or store credit for an exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. If the item is received 15-30 days from the original delivery date, a store credit will be issued. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items with stains, odors, hairs, etc.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please contact tara@monogramsforme.com within 7 days of the package's arrival. 

Cancellations

Due to fluctuating production times, we cannot guarantee any items can be canceled once the order is placed. If you need to cancel an item, please e-mail tara@monogramsforme.com immediately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
